The best customer service and professional staff.
My cousin and I got the dip powder manicure. The next day mine started chipping and hers wasn't a few days after. I normally go to the waterfront and their dip lasts 3 weeks before the first chip. I only went to maize because it was closer.
Chau/Jo is the best technician I've ever came across. If you like a real genuine person who cares about their clients, ask for her. Amazing!
They were amazing! Friendly staff, relaxing environment and love the organic options! This will be my new place!
The best spa and the most cleanest on the west side of town, staff here are nice and helpful, friendly. Very relax music to listening while I I am getting my pedicure done, they used the pedicure linen for my pedicure. Love it very relax and atmosphere. Specially no smell chemical like other nails salon around here. Will be back.
I have to give them a 5 Star rating. I have gone to Sparenity following them from their 37th & Woodlawn salon they have always done an awesome job .....until today. I was overcharged and the pedicure was marginal at best even the polish was terrible! Hopfully I will get over this experience because I really do not want to find a new nail salon.
I love this place, I've been coming here since they opened over a year ago and have never been anywhere else, they are amazing do great! Thanks Marc and Kevin and everybody else that works here!

I have been there twice....the 1st time they said 20 min wait, it was a 45 min wait and I started to walk out and amazingly they were like we are ready for you now. Then today tried a 2nd time.....they said 30 min and we are so busy....NOT they had like 4 chairs filled out of the almost 20 chairs there. If you want to see a busy salon go to Tips and Toes....they are always very busy and seem to be able to get you in with a very small wait.
