Update: i’m now going on three weeks without a code to get in the gate. And the only time I can get over to move stuff around is after hours, but they don’t even answer the phone after hours and nobody responds when you knock at the door. I’ve had to call multiple times just to get in the gate. I’ve talked to the same person several times and they’ve assured me that they’ve passed on the information but yet nobody has done anything to give me access. Customer service was was great. Jonathan answered all my questions and was great helping me with my move out. Square box Storage was a blessing for us and I definitely will be using them in the future
Technology is great when it works. When there’s nobody to talk to, and the kiosk doesn’t work and the credit card reader doesn’t work and the camera on the system doesn’t work Then you have to get on your phone and try to do it manually and that doesn’t work Then you have to call someone and ask them questions, but they can’t answer your questions because they’re not on site and they can’t tell you about the unit that’s available.
