The most horrible experience....EVER! And, after putting me through so much.....they raise my bill! What a con! And, customer service is just yrained to not care about what they put you through! They are all trained to say the exact thing, "sorry for your experience" which is so fake because they don't care. And, they can't give you any contacts, above them, to discuss a problem with.
