I am going to go on here and give 5 stars for Jonathon because he helped me get a transfer to a bigger unit with no hassle at all. And when he needed help explaining something to me, he got his supervisor involved to help. 5 stars for the patience he has given me with all of my questions. Thank you Jonathon.
They raise prices constantly. Rates for existing customers are significantly higher than their new customer pricing. THEY DO NOT VALUE LONG TERM CUSTOMERS.
