I spoke with a bright and cheerful customer service representative named Shanice regarding my autopay status. She was very professional, helpful and friendly. It was obvious to me that she enjoyed her job assisting Sparebox customers, and was able to answer my questions both quickly and accurately. I am going to go on here and give 5 stars for Jonathon because he helped me get a transfer to a bigger unit with no hassle at all. They raise prices constantly. Rates for existing customers are significantly higher than their new customer pricing. THEY DO NOT VALUE LONG TERM CUSTOMERS.
