The first unit I was given was on the second floor the elevator does not work and you have to climb the stairs I'm a disabled vet so that won't work for me then I was given another one that seemed to work but for some reason this off site management doesn't work for me . I'll keep the storage unit until I can find something else
I rented a unit and paid for it. I'm currently trying to move in and it's locked and unable to open my paid storage unit
