The customer service side of this company is cool. My indoor storage unit was broken into and robbed earlier this month. On numerous occasions, I requested camera footage from the property manager before all footage would be deleted being that they only have footage for up to less than two weeks. Ive called customer service numerous times, all they could do was place a task for the manager to see and give me a call back. Trying to get footage from the property manager was like pulling teeth.
