I found it so difficult to make the storage payment online and/or by phone. I spoke with Lisanie who was able to set up an account for me, and I was then able to make the payment immediately. He was very patient and calm as he helped me with the process. Excellent customer service! Thank you.
I'd rather communicate privately, but I've not found any other way provided by the owners. Until last month, every interaction I've ever had with SpareBox employees in the last 7 months has been more than satisfying! Fees to pay an agent were waived whenever the phone system was down until September 25 when I tried to pay my bill late in the evening to avoid fees that come with every other payment option .
