After calling last month to upgrade my storage unit to a bigger size, I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly it was to do, and I was thrilled that I was only charged a prorated amount since I wasn't at the bigger unit the entire month. I get a call this week about my new unit not being moved into and that I needed to call and let them know if I moved into another unit instead.
