Did not uphold the 20% discount as promised for the second unit. They failed to mention it was only for the first month. They have two carts for entire facility and one does not work. There is no one on site. Everything is handled over the phone and supervisors have no authority to overwrite failed promises made by representatives.

Bravo was courteous, patient and professional. It was a pleasant experience working with him on my “move out”.
These facilities are brand new, sparkling clean, and in a highly convenient location. Self-service using access code doors is wonderful and there are even hand trucks available for use. The building is well lit and secure, with cameras inside and out. The front desk operator (Dana, I believe) was most helpful and very friendly. Online autopay is the icing on the cake.
