Helpful and easy
called to cancel my storage unit I've had the last couple years. Johnathan was very helpful and courteous. Thanks!
Jamile was extremely helpful in getting me transferred into a unit closer to my other unit for convenience. He was very kind, patient, and understanding. He’s the best!
Jonathan was extremely helpful with my inquiry today!
Flooded units again, they send out a email and text “ file insurance with the one we MANDATE you to have” while knowing they don’t cover water damage unless it’s from the ceiling. Load of bull. This place is a disaster. Do not rent anything here. Terrible.
