Bravo was so patient. I kept him on phone trying to see what I needed to do and entire time was very kind, did not rush me and just one in a million. Give him a raise. He deserves it as most people these days are not patient. I am 77 yrs old and appreciate good employees
good: automated check in. bad: in a couple of places I noticed the surrounding walls were knocked down, it looked to me like damage, perhaps from wind, I think that sort of thing is important to fix for security reasons.
