Nas was very helpful and easy to talk to. The process took less than 10 min.
Terrible facility. Flooded 2 of our 3 units. Standing water in hallway and in units. Ruined 2 beds ( 6500k and 14k) 4 mattresses (5500) and numerous boxes on the bottom. 2 full size CLIMATE CONTROLLED UNITS.

I'm only leaving a review because I got an email asking me to review my moving experience. So far it's been not great. Rented a box the other day and finally got around to getting up there to store what I need to. About a 30-minute round trip. Lo and behold the gate code I was given doesn't work. And of course it's after hours so the number that's on the sign to call doesn't have anyone answering. So far I'd say it's been pretty disappointing.
