Flooded units again, they send out a email and text “ file insurance with the one we MANDATE you to have” while knowing they don’t cover water damage unless it’s from the ceiling. Load of bull. This place is a disaster. Do not rent anything here. Terrible.

We discovered rat droppings in a newly rented locker on our first day of rental at this facility. We immediately cancelled the contract and requested a refund. We ended up renting a locker at a competitor location.

My agent Kunisia or Tunisia was incredibly rude after Sparebox took my money without giving me account access. Is this how you train your staff to treat customers? I signed up online to get a unit, they took my money from my account , I got a rental Agreement and then could not access my account. I called to see what was going on to just talk to someone that had no clue what she was doing . She told me I would have to wait until Monday to possible get my Money back!!! What a joke!!!
