Very helpful! Answered all of my questions
It's affordable. Low overhead. There not a person on the property if you need something but you can call the call center or use the kiosk. We have multiple units. My only complaint is the frequency rent increases sometimes within a 12 month time frame. Although that's everywhere these days, the incremental increases don't always make sense. I also wish they had extended gate hours. Additional Pros: The units are clean. The grounds are kept clean. It's gated.
Great experience overall. Friendly and efficient team, helpful guidance, and no shortage of options to choose from.
Be prepared to remove the security lock on your own when you arrive. I was eventually able to get it off by twisting and pulling hard.
