SpareBox Storage has some of the best customer service I’ve experienced—especially thanks to Yan, who has always been polite, courteous, and genuinely helpful anytime I’ve had a question or concern. Natiesha Provided Awesome customer service and was very helpful explaining the process. 👍
Customer service refused to help us. First month rent was supposed to be free but they ended up charging us $64 and then told us that we did it wrong when there’s not an actual person on site at the storage unit place to talk to. The lady on the phone was rude, kept interrupting, and this was all around just a really negative experience. I would give it zero stars, but I had to give it one to make this review.
