Pierce was informative, courteous, and quite helpful in helping us get a storage space
HORRIBLE! Rented a 10x16 piece of grass for an RV. Rent was $79. On month 4 it boosted to $104!! No reason other than they wanted to. Knowing we’re in another state - there is no way my piece of grass has any additional costs for the “market increase”. Asked if a rent increase would be a continuous thing and the rep said yes with the market so every 4 months. We are hiring someone to move our RV outta there. A small increase once - ok.
