I have been a member here for almost 5 years and took a break last year. My family are still members at this club. When I wanted to get onto to membership again, the front desk was insisting me to pay the one day guest pass fee just for the only reason that my wife couldn't come in person with me to make changes to the membership. In fact, she has spoken on phone and was assured by the club staff that we don't have to pay the guest fee as we will be signing the changes to membership the next day. A horrible woman at the front desk Ashley was threading to write “notes” about my daughter on their profiles after trying to get a day pass for their friend. Don’t know what these notes do other than not allowing them to get guest passes, very unprofessional to threaten customers who have belong to this gym for years. I have never had a problem getting a day pass before. My girls were so confused apparently she was the only manger there that day and would not let them get a guest pass.
Very good staff is helpful and the gym and pool are top-notch
