They have major issues. I started renting at the middle of May. On May 16th I get an email of a move out notice telling me that had moved my belongings out due to lack of payment. I had just been in there in person and paid and set up automatic payments. Got that all resolved as they were in the wrong. Today I get a letter that my proof of insurance expired which I had through them on automatic withdrawal. Every time I go to my storage unit, the gate code has changed or doesn't work. I live out of town so I can't just wait for a phone call. I've had this storage building 2 months and I've gone once a month and it's happened both times. If and when they change the code they never send you an update.
