The best place for a wide variety European style fresh, smoked, and frozen sausages as well as fresh and lunch meats, local cheeses, and stuff with a Buffalo twist to it as well. I love their weisswurst and their bacon! 2025 edit: I'll severely miss Joe and Beth, and Spar's! Happy retirement!

Eastern European and German meats, smoked, cured and fresh. For smoked and cured sausages, it's clearly a head above the rest in Buffalo, highly recommended.
主人が子供の頃よく母と行ってたお肉屋さんだそう。 10年ぶりだ！とすごく喜んでました(^^)！ 駐車場あります たくさんのソーセージが並んでいるショーケースはみてるだけでも楽しかったです。 スタッフのお姉様もすごくフレンドリーな方でしたよ。 また主人の実家でBBQをする際はここにソーセージを買いにこようと思います。 ハンガリアンソーセージすごく美味しかったです(^^)！
