Avoid this place. I looked at one of there cars on autotrader an 06 Infiniti G35 Sedan. The pictures looked great. I talked to a salesman Jack Rabeaux. He assured me the car was in excellent shape and that he had driven it and everything was perfect. So we agreed on a price and I flew from Louisiana to Florida. Love my car and the security that comes with the service Department. I bought a beautiful car from Ralph and the 1st time a panel light went off and I had to bring it in for service not only did Jimmy tell me what the issue was, he resolved it immediately, just as Ralph had promised they would. Great purchase experience When it came time to purchase a used car for myself I was very lost. My wife and I have been looking for a new car, on and off for over 6 months. The entire Spanos dealership worked to make us a GREAT deal. I would recommend Spanos Motors to anyone. When we are ready for another car we will be returning. The enitre staff worked to make our family welcome and to make sure we were happy with our new Mercedes. We came in on a very bust Saturday and they worked with our credit and helped get everything we wanted in a timely fashion.
Great selection of cars! I met the owner, Alex, and he's a great guy and was very helpful in explaining the whole process. I ended up in a sweet BMW and it was an awesome experience dealing with Spanos.
We purchased an older model Mercedes from Spanos in January of 2013. While we have no complaint with the car we do have major complaints with the business practices at this company. When we were considering purchasing this car, we allowed Spanos to put $1,000 on a credit card as a good faith deposit.
