November 2024, we needed to replace our old hot water boiler in our 112 year old Oak Park 2-flat. Spannuth boiler did a great job. We have more heat that we ever have had in the 40 plus years we have been here. Not only did they get the new boiler installed and figured out, which was tricky given the quirkiness of this building, they got all of the radiators up and running. Some of which have never worked.
