There’s a man throwing trash and food at the cars, and the manager doesn’t do anything about it. She just says to call the police, but they never show up. It’s part of her job to address the situation directly, yet if a resident leaves something outside, she makes a big deal about it. Basically, she only seems to care about herself and how the property looks, not about the people living here.
These apartments a typically ok considering the “hood” we are in etc. but the managers need to take leasing position more serious. There has been a man in the area that like to come out his apartments and throw food and trash on top of people vechiles/flats tires. But they should address a situation like this. Kids get scared he is always talking to himself and wears a mask and a jacket to cover his face All the time. Police never come out either
These apartments that I live in are very nice to living in n I'm getting long with everyone there special the manager Ms Jessica is very nice to me and I do really appreciate y'all and the people that work Spanish vida apartment and I been here for 6 years now I never had no problem with no one at all because I stayed to my self
Run down, trash, section 8 ass apartments. I wouldn't recommend you stay here if your life depends on it.
