I Have Read So Many Negative Comments About Spanish Oaks Apartments. They Complaint About Roaches and Rats. If They Don't Keep Their Apartments Clean, If They Don't Throw The Garbage Where It's Supposed To Go, Inside The Dumpsters And Not In front of The Apartment's Doors. Then And Only Then They Wouldn't Have a Roach or Rats Problem. Further More, Spanish Oaks Have an Exterminator That Comes In Once a Week.
