RecommendedTheresa was so helpful with helping me with an apartment here at Spanish oaks.
Theresa was a great help with getting us situated for our lease. Whenever we had an issue in our apartment, which wasn’t often at all, she was there to help get it taken care of. When it came time to resign our lease Theresa helped get everything taken care of smoothly. Can’t wait to spend another year here. We really appreciate the help she provided.
Beautiful apartments, I absolutely love the renovations! Great staff, Theresa is wonderful, Homer is always so friendly and thorough and amazing neighbors !!
Horrible management, no insulation in the apartments, doesn’t handle maintenance requests in timely manner.
I came in and was greeted by Theresa. She was amazing and had a great love and was so enthusiastic about the Spanish Oaks community. Even met a few tenants and they expressed their pleasantries regarding Theresa and the community. Now to see what's available when I get closer to planning my move!!
I've been here 6 yes. Lots of changes but the ladies in our office now are getting it going. ! Can't wait to see what they do next ! Great area laundry pool and friendly neighbors. No it's not perfect. Yes changes needed but they're on it. And I do appreciate them !!
