The units are amazing. The view is incredible and you can’t beat the beach. We have been coming here for 10 years!! However I think this will be our last visit. The staff/ security are very rude this time. They’re in everyone’s business constantly!!! . They are more like the “ fun police”. No drinks by the pool- not even plastic cups! No water toys allowed in pool. No playing ball in the pool. Don’t to this.... can’t do that..... can’t have that here....constantly!!!! We stayed at 35 Sunflower in Cocoa Beach over Christmas. Everything was perfect! Besides the lovely condo, the full moon, the space X launch, the perfect weather and the surfing santas - the entire place was very clean and accessible. Our favorite classical station was playing when we walked in and the telescope was ready for our use. The care takers were very friendly and we really felt quite a home. I cannot wait to go back!!!
