I’ve been living at this apartment complex for a while now, and I can honestly say things have really improved for the better. One of the biggest reasons is the incredible staff here. Mr. Donald and Mr. Albert have been a huge help whenever it comes to maintenance. They’re reliable, responsive, and always make sure issues are taken care of quickly and properly, which makes a big difference in day-to-day living. This is a great place to stay and anyone that has complaints are the ones that's not doing what they're supposed to be doing including paying the rent on time and think they shouldn't pay late fees. I understand that this is home, but it's also a business/company that's trying to provide affordable housing, nice amenities, safer environment, a place for children to play, and grow, and so much more. I’ve lived in this community for quite some time, and when I first moved here, it truly felt like home. The staff cared deeply, communication was open, and residents were treated with genuine respect and understanding. Sadly, since the new ownership and management took over, that sense of warmth and connection has faded. I’ve always done my part as a resident. I communicate clearly and keep everything in writing.
