Just bought a 2017 Legacy. Smoothest car buying experience I ever had! Mark was a great salesman. I test drove one on Monday and decided I wanted the one coming in on the truck and couldn't get it until Saturday (my reasons not theirs). Mark actually emailed me a picture when the car came in! I recently purchased a certified 2013 Subaru Legacy. The car was in excellent condition and runs even better than expected with great gas mileage. After a misunderstanding with the dealer Spangler Subaru responded with excellent service and impressive integrity, something you rarely see anymore. There was also a minor issue that was not covered, but was repaired immediately. Went there looking for an Impreza hatchback with a manual transmission. I was continually asked if I was sure I wanted a manual, told that they were more difficult to drive ect. I expressed multiple times that I was fully capable of driving it, but I was still pushed towards cvt. Very disappointed with customer service.
Excellent place to buy/lease a car. Matt Chupeck was a great salesman. He explained everything to us and was very knowledgeable on the different cars. Mike took us out for a test ride because Matt was off when we went back. He was also very knowledgeable about the car we test drove. We told Matt we wanted the car on a Friday, and he had all the extras we wanted plus winter tires ordered and mounted for us and the car ready for us on Monday.
