I want to start by saying I am a permanent wheelchair user and a paraplegic due to a car wreck. I have been driving with hand controls in a 2008 Pontiac g6 gxp edition. We went there looking for a car for our daughter. We found one she had liked, test drove it, went back inside and waited for them to give us the amount they would give us on our trade. Well, after pretty much being blown off for an hour, we were told that nobody was available to take 15 minutes to look at our trade in. At least have the courtesy to tell me that you are too busy and i would have gladly came back the next day. We've purchased 2 cars from Spangler, but there will be no more. I love Spangler dealership. You have always treated great since I purchased my 2013 Subaru XV Crosstrex. Your service department is outstanding.
