Never answer the phone
They NEVER answer the clinic phone. And I doubt they are closed 6 days out of 7. I have been waiting for my heart medications and diabetes metformin. The PHARMACY asked them for my refills and that was last Wednesday. Still nothing. I will die before I get my refills.

Dr Steffenson is great, but sometimes the clinic waiting room can be rather chaotic..
