Did. A Colonoscopy and then the doctor ordered a second colonoscopy. On drs orders I did it ! Then I get a bill for $2600 and they say I should have checked with my insurance isn’t that their job!! Then only today they say I could put it on care edit but now today after taking a $50 payment yesterday say they can’t take a payment today because the account has moved t collections ! I received multiple calls the day before my scheduled procedure to confirm a change of time the next day. I had to confirm my ride so I couldn't confirm without speaking to my ride first. I was pressured to contact the office before they closed that day. Once I was able to confirm with my ride, I called office to confirm and was told everything was confirmed for the next day, just one hour earlier. 30 minutes later, my doctor's office called to tell me that their office canceled my appointment with no explanation.
