Splalding Towers – I've lived here for exactly one year and just recently moved out. After I moved in, I found out the A/C was not working. It is a older building with a dual system which means you can only convert from a/c to heater according to the seasons. I had moved in, in April. They switched over to a/c in June and in the process broke the system. Hence, the whole building was left with no a/c that whole summer. It eventually took them 3-4 months to fix.
