The caring, dedicated staff that will push you further then what you think that you're capable of. The Team at Spalding loving and very compassionate, they will always hold a special place in my heart.
I was a patient at Spalding Aurora at the end of July and early August after I suffered an injury. The staff there was excellent to me. Craig, Teri, and Carolyn were great occupational and physical therapists who nursed me back to health. Occupational and Physical therapists serve a great mission bringing people back to health. Without them I wouldn’t have made the progress I’ve achieved so far. Spalding was a great rehabilitation hospital. I’d strongly recommend them for anyone who gets hurt.

Good food, clean rooms, friendly staff. I have nothing but respect & appreciation for the staff at Spalding. My therapists challenged me physically & mentally, helped me find solutions to problems & acknowledged accomplishments. It didn’t feel like anyone was just doing their job – it was more like they actually cared. I’ll never forget the nursing staff giving me thumbs up when I started walking. My husband was here for 3 weeks. Every single therapist was excellent, Dr Connor was caring and listened well to us and cared for us even in the midst of tears and frustration. Even the lunch ladies went out of their way to encourage and take care of every little need we had. Some of the friendliest people in the world can be found at Spalding!!!!
