I went in Monday to get a new watch band, and the staff was very helpful. Going into this store was like stepping back in time to when customer service was the top priority. I highly recommend this store.
They had amazing service in fact the best I've ever had at a jewelry store I had a custom ring made and it turned out perfect and they had the best prices well below what I thought
I brought my Grandmother’s necklace in to have it mounted in a ring. I couldn’t wear it otherwise. I went to two other stores who tried to up sell me way too much. Mr. Mascari was extremely reasonable and very kind about the whole process. Turn around time was fast! I never thought it would be this beautiful. Highly recommended!
My broken engagement ring (bought from a different jeweler) was not repairable. Frank helped me find a similar setting (but better!) and it was ready in days. They are my go-to! I’m in love all over again with my ring!
They didn't make my ring the way I wanted it, charged way too much, and kept my leftover gold!!!
They custom made my wedding band to go with my engagement ring and It is just beautiful! Excellent quality and super friendly people.will go there for all my jewelry from now on
