I have been a pt of this practice for many yrs. Unfortunately I have tolerated a lot of unprofessional behavior. Even showing up for a scheduled appt to to find the office closed.
Absolutely horrid!!!!! I strongly feel OSHA, or some other healthcare compliance group needs to go in and investigate this facility, I have never seen such old outdated equipment in my life. I'm still amazed that he is allowed to practice in that nasty deplorable office, and please do not get me started with the unkempt, unsanitary looking employees.
Amazing down to earth staff may not be as modern as most dentist offices but the way they treat you and how they make you feel is an experience that keeps me coming back...
First and last visit. Unfriendly, unproffessional, not sanitary. Very outdated equipment. I left feeling like I need another dentist to look at work that was done. I'll be calling my insurance company asap to change dentist and complain about conditions and treatment!
Dr. Spain BEst Dentist I ever had!! – I came to Dr. Spain not looking forward to the experience because I had to get my tooth pulled out...Ouch!!! But he made it surprisingly not memorable experience. He talked me through the experience letting me know what I would feel. Gave me enough of the stuff I need to endure the pain and coached me to what to do afterwards to take care of my mouth in the healing process. This office has bad service and it is very nasty
This dental office is great because it is located in the downtown Ghent area of Norfolk where I live. The service is wonderful and on time. The staff is always frendly and helpful. I recieved a crown and bridge and it looks so perfect that my friends can hardly tell that it is not real. Not to mention that it did not cost me that much and the prices are very reasonable. while I was there children were seen and cried but the doctor was so patient and gentle that the child relaxed and had a fun experience. Great Dental Office – This office is wonderful when it comes to the treatment of their patients. I, like every other person in the world i'm afraid of the dentist. But Doctor Spain and his staff were very accomodating. They made me feel very comfortable and at ease. The service was very fast and the procedure toke less than minutes to complete.
