Overall bad experience. Trusses weren’t ordered so we had go through somewhere else (which ended up being a blessing as the other place could they get them sooner than Spahn and Rose but were also cheaper), wrong window was ordered for the bathroom (which they actually stood behind), not good at responding to emails as they only want to deal with contractors, list goes on. I have been dealing with spahn and rose dubuque for about 4 to 5 months now on a kitchen remodeling project at our home. At first of course it was the best thing ever. But after running into problems and situations do to not being told or clarified. Extra expense and along period of time has driven deeper.
