Have had an overall bad experience. They do make a great upfront impression. Trusses never got ordered during the building process. Structure was up but couldn't protect it from the elements. Issues with a window ordered wrong, which they did stand behind. still the headache behind it. Can definitely tell they cater to contractors. Would definitely take your business somewhere else.

Overall bad experience. Trusses weren’t ordered so we had go through somewhere else (which ended up being a blessing as the other place could they get them sooner than Spahn and Rose but were also cheaper), wrong window was ordered for the bathroom (which they actually stood behind), not good at responding to emails as they only want to deal with contractors, list goes on.
