Take the tour! It only takes 20 minutes and it’s so cool to see. I love that this cocoa is single sourced, and since the family owns the whole process from growing the pods to molding the bonbons, there aren’t the same ethical concerns the bigger companies face with knowing what kind of labor is producing their chocolate. All around a bit pricey, but worth it.
