Took 30 minutes to get our drinks and I saw 2 workers on their phones hiding in a corner for at least 20 minutes. The place wasn’t even packed at all. I was gonna get a pic of the 2 young men on their phones but don’t want to get anyone fired. Not to mention there were 2 tables in our area that still had dirty dishes and was just there for over 45 minutes. I felt bad for the other couple near us. today was my birthday and my husband took me there the waiter came and told me they didn't have any pepperoni to make my bake pepperoni spaghetti i was hurt him and the chief made sure i was happy on my birthday thank u so much
We came for dinner. Our server was completely flustered the entire time. we had the wrong things brought to us, waited for drinks for ages, then they charged the wrong cards for our split checks.
I miss the old spaghetti warehouse where you walk in and already smell the sourdough bread. At times yeah it took a while to be seated, but it was worth it. When you walk in and all the bricks had years of history of families writing on the walls. Where the food was hot, fresh, and delicious. Never forget how it is to see the excitement on everyone's faces when the train is coming. Where the staff made you feel like family. Those were the days... I really miss the old spaghetti warehouse.
Literally the rudest staff ever known to man. We made a reservation online for my moms birthday and we showed up on time but said they didn’t confirm the reservation on there end therefor the wait is 2 hours. The hostess was very rude and wasn’t helpful. We asked for the manger but said she wasn’t available and taking tables. Worst experience ever, DO NOT recommend.
Food was terrible, service took too long but attentive. I don’t remember it being this bad. I would not go again.
