Food wise....Spaghetti Warehouse is good! Great selection and our family is never dissatisfied! Today however they lost a customer for life! Turning away Mark Tremonti and Clint Lowery because the hostess "didn't know who they were" and "it's not her problem" they have a show and we're short on time. Literally the rudest most uncaring individual I've ever witnessed in my life. Everything seemed frozen. Beef was tough and tasteless.
This was one of my worst dining experiences. Bar service was slow. Wait service was slow. Food was mediocre temperature. Bill was rung up incorrectly. Dining room wasn’t even super busy, and hostess said they weren’t short staffed. Several tables around us had similar issues and complained. Very disappointing experience.

I give it 3 stars, and that's generous. We dined here for lunch today. Service was slow to start, but got better. The bread and butter are good, but the food is lacking. It used to be good years ago, but it was not so good today. The pasta and sauce didn't taste freshly made. The lasagne tasted like heated grocery store frozen food. I wanted manicotti but they were out, as well as out of burger buns. I hadn't eaten at a SW since the one in Houston closed due to Tropical Storm Harvey.
