Great massage for me, great facial for my wife – We heard about SpaForever at Daily Candy and Time Out. We booked our appointments through their website - which was pretty simple. We had the services in the couples room. I got a great deep tissue massage from Laurel while my wife had a regenerating facial (?) from Jenise. Honest estheticians ; no push for sales, focus on customer satisfaction – Yesterday, I had the Forever Facial at SpaForever. I really liked the service I got there. The esthetician was very experienced and made me feel comfortable that she knew what she was doing. She was chatty, told me what my skin really needed and what treatment she was providing. Great massage!!! – I read about SpaForever in Time Out Chicago and I had a relaxation massage there today. I was really pleased with the service. The therapist was very experienced. She focused on my shoulders and my back and the pressure was just fine. The music and the atmosphere were so soothing that I almost fell asleep during the massage. Great deep tissue massage – I read about SpaForever at TimeOut and booked my massage appointment for Sunday (after I completed the Triathlon). I asked for a deep tissue/sports massage as I was exhausted from the Triathlon. I get massages very frequently and this was definitely one of the best ones I got so far. Worst Massage Ever – I have had many massages and found this to be the worst massage. I wasn't even asked about what areas I wanted work on, if I had any injuries, how the pressure was, and I actualy had to tell the person to stop a particular technique because it hurt! SpaForever had 74 massage treatments over the last 4 days and we had 23 repeat bookings from our guests right after the treatments. We asked 58 guests about their satisfaction, 38 said "wonderful" or similar, 14 said "good" or "OK", 6 said "they were not fully satisfied" or "did not like at all" (2 said it was too cold and 4 said they did not like the therapist's skills) The reviewer above is one of the 4 guests who did not like the massage at all. Best service at an unbelieaveble price – I got the facial and massage combo at SpaForever. This was one of the best services I ever received and for only $109 in total!!!! The service was great from the start to the end. The receptionist was very kind and welcoming, same with the esthetician. They are using Dermalogica products.
