Don’t go here! First, it will take you a while to find the place since they literally have no sign of their business posted anywhere, not even on their entrance door. Second, they don’t answer their phone. Sara who works there told me the number of their business doesn’t even go the spa. Third, Sara is either poorly trained and this is ok with the owner Lora or she is just a cruel person. I had an appointment today that has been scheduled for weeks (because when I called to book it was the soonest availableat the time), I got a confirmation email 2 days ago as a reminder of my appointment. I called this morning to ask a question about my appointment and the phone went to voicemail. I just received an email saying my appointment has been cancelled. I've been trying to call and still only getting voicemail with no call back. Frustrated is an understatement.
Amazing!! 1. I recently had seasmoid surgery and she was so understaning and accomdated my situation and for that I am greatful. 2. I have a problem relaxing and I was so relaxed I started falling asleep. The room was comfortable feeling and the office overall was clean, homey feeling and ty was nice! I have to say I am very pleased and will be returning for any future massages.
My esthetician was great. She explained everything to me that she would be doing. For me jus to be getting a facial I think I dosed off on her
