I’ve been a patient with Dr. Hazra at Spadina Optometry since 2021 now. I look forward to my annual eye exams because Dr. Hazra makes every effort to cultivate an inclusive, non-intimidating, friendly and welcoming environment and experience. She is thorough, detail-oriented, investigative and catches ocular issues before they turn into irreversible problems later in life. What a beautiful optometry experience with Dr. Heeney today. A boutique office with all the latest equipment. Friendly staff taking all the pre appointment tests. The test performed by Dr. Heeney was detailed and very informative. Dr. Heeney took her time to explain all the procedures and the results. A truly wonderful experience
I’ve been a patient of Dr. Heeney for many years and she’s an excellent optometrist. She thoroughly explains everything going on with your vision and I never feel rushed or ignored. She even deep dives on the science if you’re interested. I always really enjoy our chats. The entire staff is consistently professional and friendly. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!
Some of the most professional and personable people in town. Got my Ortho K (night contacts) here and it couldn't have been a better experience. Highly recommend both Dr. Wilkinson and Jaclyn - thanks for all your support
Kristen Heeney gave me the most thorough, thoughtful eye exam I have had, ever, and I Received a careful and nuanced prescription. She and her staff are lovely, and the space is welcoming while at the same time quite stunning.
