As first time homeowners, we’ve run into a few situations where our boiler would have an issue and we didn’t know what to do, and whether it was an emergency. wouldn’t help me out when I asked to split the payment in half to get oil. My house was 52 degrees all winter and even now into November. I’m on a single income, going through a divorce, and living paycheck to paycheck. I need oil.. I wasn’t asking for a hand out, just asking if they would break up the payment for me. Nope. We have been customers of Spadafore for many years. They are always quick to take care of our needs even if it is a holiday. The service technicians are professional and know what they are doing. When I call the office, I am always greeted nicely and the people actually care about what you need and try to help you immediately. This is a business I would recommend to everyone. We got a quote on Monday. We had the part already as noted on the quote as customer supplied. we were charged for the part and more than $300 more than the quoted job. Our inquiry about this has not been answered.

Late Friday night we realized we ran out of oil during this bitterly cold weather we've been having. Joe from Spadafore called us at 11:00 pm and delivered the oil to us in record time, during this extremely busy time for them. Joe, his dispatcher Mike, and his delivery driver could not have been more professional, courteous, and responsive. This is the type of service that creates loyal customers, now and in the future.
