DO NOT USE Spaces management company if you pay your bills. We always pay our assessments on time and for every assessment or fee paid- we get an email 2 months later with a delinquency report and an invoice that makes no sense. We have to literally call after every payment and rehash our check numbers and dates they received them. Absolutely horrible company that has ruined my dream neighborhood.
If I could give them a 0 I would. They manage our neighborhood HOA and we literally pay almost $200 A YEAR for nothing. We FINALLY get a playground and it is a joke. No benches to sit on no trees around it. No pool. The front entrance road has been crappy and half finished for at least a year now probably longer. All they do is ride around and nit pick to fine you then send you pictures of the minute things they consider not attractive. Hello... the unfinished road is unattractive.
