Extremely unprofessional, unresponsive, and inexperienced. IF they respond to you, they are arrogant, rude, and dishonest. One star is not a low enough rating! I have tried many times to address multiple disputes with SCPM and our BOD for over 7 months. SCPM has failed to coordinate a face to face meeting with the BOD to resolve these disputes.
