I just closed my account yesterday and wanted to say THANK YOU for two excellent years of storage. My family's vintage furniture was held in a temperature controlled building at the Big Run Rd. location, along with the majority of my own possessions. The space was safe and very clean. So clean, in fact, that even the movers were impressed. They said that they'd seen storage centers that were very dirty, and even full of rodent droppings. Not here! I have done business with the Mall Rd, Bull Run and Stone Rd locations over the years. Every time Ive needed their services the staff has been very helpful in choosing the appropriate size and location of units to suit my needs. They answer all my questions, help me problem solve for the situation and throughly go thru all the steps to complete the rental of space.
