My mom and dad who are in the 70's for some reason has had to get debit three times becuz they're hacking they're cards. It's has to be an employee or someone who's giving out info. I'm sick of this shit already. This credit union is a joke and can't keep their clients info private.

I've had two motorcycle loans which were problem free and just this week I asked for a particularly unique loan which they offer and it went incredibly well. They were very patient and courteous with me having never had one of these loans before. I enjoyed the process and they are helping me out immensely. Plus I love the name of the CU. I am considering moving everything to them.
As already stated earlier by another user- get their loan from FayMayers. Was verifying my external account for a days, then was not able to schedule payment- operation limit was set to $0.01 (protection from incoming payments- best security feature ever), then with support was able to schedule it - but in a couple of days it is just disappeared from schedule, and no transactions from my account of course. Do not use this cu, most difficult place to get your payments processed. Terrible customer service.
