As already stated earlier by another user- get their loan from FayMayers. Was verifying my external account for a days, then was not able to schedule payment- operation limit was set to $0.01 (protection from incoming payments- best security feature ever), then with support was able to schedule it - but in a couple of days it is just disappeared from schedule, and no transactions from my account of course. Bellco held funds from my account even though I told them not to 3xs. I made a trip from Colorado to Florida then back to Colorado. Each time they withheld funds. I was left out in -4 ° weather for four hrs. They wudnt let transactions to go through. I contacted them many of times spoke to CS TO ALLOW TRANSACTIONS TO GO THREW. -4° WAITIN ON UBER. WHICH NEVER CAME. IM DEATHLY ILL FROM BEING OUT IN THE FREEZING COLD. ALL THEY SAY IS SORRY FOR THE INCONVIENCE. IVE BEEN ON HOLD FOR 1 HR NOW TYING TO UNDERSTAND WHAT IS HAPPENING.... read more

I am trying to get my account verified so I can pay my loan. After trying several other departments, Laura suggested that I keep calling the 1-800 number until I find random person that can help. Absolute worst banking experience I have ever had. I assume someone will get in touch with me, but I am not counting on it.
