I like this place and have gone many times with a good experience most of the times. Except this time when the front desk woman was very rude. Worst service and rudeness for no reason. When I asked to speak to the manager, her response was "you can talk to whomever you want, I don't care". When I paid and asked for the keys back, she threw them over the counter landing on the floor. Another employee was very apologetic but nobody seemed to care.
I was honestly not sure what to expect, but it was such a comfortable and friendly atmosphere. I was easily able to relax, and adjusted right away. Most of the staff was great, and even the customers were very friendly to explain things. My only complaint is that children are allowed. I did not enjoy that aspect, but everything else was great! Thanks for a great experience!
It's a retreat during the weekdays. Peaceful and not crowded. Weekends are packed.
I really like it nice place enjoyable. One thing I hated it don't like to access the spa fully naked. They should allow large towel or the use of underwear. Or swimsuits. ..
First time there today. It was not crowded - a rainy Wednesday morning -which was great. The place was spotless - I was very impressed. All the staff was courteous, the clientele was also courteous and quiet -mindful of other's spa experience -which I greatly appreciated. The jets in the pool are outstanding - nothing wimpy here! U guys need to work on your customer service skills, treat a caller same as he or she's checking in! Long hold! Several attempts to have someone answer the call! Rude answers! Rude manners! And tough to book an appointment! Be courteous! Be gentle and well mannered! Groupon or not it's money paying for service! Without groupon u won't get busy and keep running! After a purchase of two visits from Groupon and a snowstorm . The so called manager Mr. Lee ( probably the owner) says we extended it a week, LAST WEEK ???? Well no one called me how am l supposed to know? Talk about a disgusting approach to business. You received payment and you deny service. Groupon should cease selling there service they are not honorable just very very greedy.
