This is an Asain-style spa, which is different than a US spa. It takes all day. My friend helped me on how it works, which was critical to my positive experience. People are required to be naked in the gender-specific wet spa area. The workers there are courteous but not warm. I went through the gym, dry saunas, restaurant, wet sauna, and had a body scrub. If you can find a guide and enjoy an adventure into another culture, then head on over!
Very clean. The blade pool was fantastic as were the poultice rooms. The towels were entirely too small for drying off. I don't think I'd get massage services again as they were extremely painful, barely spoke English and were pushing me to give cash tips( where on a naked body would I keep cash?). I will definitely return for the basic services as I left completely relaxed and reruvinated.
Perfect Spa. Great place to hang out with friends, family, go on a couples date. Just not the first date lol
Best experience ever...I felt so relaxed afterwards. ..the clay room really opened up my pores..I felt cleansed. ..no need to give a five page essay. ..I'm definitely going back
This place is nice and clean. They have one in Georgia called Jeja in Gwinnett county. Spa world is a great place to relax. Staff needs to speak English! Hard to communicate your services you want. Food is OK not a big selection! But overall it's Cool
I miss you Spa World. Its been over a year since I have been in and little bathtubs are really starting to bother me again. I am not a contortionist. It is very difficult to fit in my tub. SPA WORLD was always my spot to spend time in the bade pools, sweat rooms and relax on the heated floor in the common area. When I got hungry, the korean bbq in there always treated me great.
I've been going to Spa World for over 6 years, and agree with other reviewers that the place is looking a little run-down compared to what it once was. I don't use the Bade pools and stick to the hot saunas. I haven't had any of their massage services, and personally would go elsewhere for a massage.
