I've been there twice. Love love love the place. Relaxing & invigorating! I can't believe I've only know about this place 1 year!
Always a good experience once inside the spa. The front desk staff are ALWAYS short and not very welcoming.
First time experience...reminded me of being back overseas..the ladies are very aggressive in their massages and scrubs they are very polite and professional, check-in/out was a breeze..although there were various races you did not feel out of place even in the bade pool; love the various dry saunas and Ice sauna, not mentioning the food was delicious and very reasonable overall my experience was very good...will deftly be back with all my gfs and date day w/hubby.
I loved it , the four star rating is for the children running around loud.. Spa World is supposed to be a relaxing experience in peace,. Not hearing three year olds running around
Pretty good first time experience! I wish the Bay Pool was open 24 hrs ! I got to spa world at 10pm after work and it seem like 2 hrs wasn't enough . I enjoyed my time there the staff was very friendly.
Went for the first time with a friend and have to say this place is amazing.
Amazing and very peaceful the food in there is even amazing I usually go on the weekends but the weekday was very nice 👍🏼
