I love SPA world and would give it 4 or 5 stars, and it is still a great place to relax, however, yesterday it was overcrowded, loud and difficult to relax. Also, several saunas had a funky smell inside. Maybe was just a bad day.
I truly enjoy myself I am a first timer, i was by myself, it was a birthday treat to myself well needed. Everything was priced good. I did receive 95.00 body scrub omg � best thing ever...any everyone should especially detoxing. I will be going back and I will bring my spouse this time...

I was excited about going but the full body massage was awful and when I asked the lady to use lotion and give me a massage and not a pounding she told me oh you have to pay for the oil massage. Today I am in pain & I actually paid a lot of money for a bad experience. The hand & foot massage was good. The saunas were good but the full body massage was 1st so it set the tone.
Very calm and relaxed atmosphere! I will be coming back soon!
I truly loved my first experience, minus the patrons who weren’t respectful of volume while using the facilities. I will surely return when in the area.

This was my first time. My friends and I went, one of them had been before so she told us what to expect. Everything was good, didn't really interact with the staff but the ones we did, seemed nice enough. We used a groupon so it was a good deal.
