Smooooth
The massage and reflexology massage were too rough. The facility was dirty and many areas on the ceiling have water damage and mold. The employees are nice, but I recommend spending your money elsewhere.
It was pretty much exactly what they said it would be online. As a first time guest, there was a bit of shyness with the mandatory no clothes area, but after just a few minutes my friends and I were fine. The food in the restaurant was yummy and inexpensive and the juices and teas were also good. We stayed for about 4 or 5 hours, so fun was had by all! We are already planning another girls day 😊
Poultice rooms were relaxing, facility was clean yet outdated, and Bade pool was my favorite part. Would only return with another Groupon special and for Bade pool. Rating due mostly to facility’s interior being outdated..restrooms and water machine, “fruit smoothies” were made with “syrup and ice,” world of employee not mine. Always willing to give something a try, not regret it probably wouldn’t return.

Awesome service
Over all it was great until it came to the massage. She started too ruff so I upgraded to oil massage didn’t get full body massage she never touched my legs nor my feet. The massage maybe lasted 20 mins. Also when I asked how much it was to upgrade to the oil massage her reply was “oh my goodness $10 dollars” than once finished I was pressured to leave a tip which I had already made up my mind by then that I was leaving one because of poor service. I love Korean spa and this experience was excellent like the others. I really enjoyed my body treatment. I purchased the body scrub special with the massage and Mini facial. I loved the milk bath in the end. My skin is glowing. I didn’t make it past the bath area but next time I will try the restaurant.
