Customer service so poor ,specally the chain guy, he is so racist, and they didn't speak english well ,also they are lier

It's so hot in meeting area temp was 87. R u kidding???? Even i was complained about it. But the manager act so funny. He said ac is broken so it hot. So what.....it is service place and should fixed..... I am never gonna go there.They charged so high but they treated customer very cheap way.

This was our first visit (my husband and I) and I was very impressed. The entire facility was clean. I feel relaxed and refreshed. We will definitely return! My only complaint would be that the locker room attendants weren't exactly friendly...
The facility is great! My friend and I left feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The only thing that needs improvement is the customer service. The staff was very rude and need to learn how to treat customers better.
My experience at Spa World was amazing . The staff could of been a little bit more helpful. I truly enjoyed each room it had to offer for relaxation. This was an awesome birthday gift.
First time going today, it was a nice experience. Having package deals available and offering more different services like a milk and honey bath and/or hot stone massages would really enhance this business. I thoroughly enjoyed myself and will be back in the near future :)
Love the place, excellent place to relax after a long day. Excellent staff and service.
