Great Ocean Views This is the place we go for a romantic time! The view of the ocean is awesome and you can leave your window open and hear the surf. They also have a great restaurant with delicious food selections. This is one of our favorite places
Older Hotel The Park View has been around for many years. It dates back to the 20's. The fixtures are gorgeous. The rooms are small but comfortable. You will have a beautiful view of Lincoln Park and of Lake Michigan.
Beautiful Hotel I would recommed this hotel to anyone traveling to San Francisco. The Hotel is located a few blocks from union square but the hotel offers free car rides back and forth to union square. The rooms are beautiful and the hotel offers wine hour to all the guest ( all you can drink for free).
Great Find Fantastic staff , very helpful they even gave us a complimentary bottle of wine since we were there for our anniversary. The room was nice and comfortable too.

The view is the only reason to go. The view is nice but the food is substandard. The price is okay but would not eat here again unless that was my only option.

Hotel Carlton Myself and a friend stayed at The Carlton for 2 nights in mid- December 08, and after a long flight from London, we were of course very tired. We found the hotel after a walk from Powell St BART station, if you have luggage, i suggest a taxi, but otherwise, its quite a pleasant walk, and considering you are in SF, its not too steep!
