I was very pleased to get in on the day I called after having pain off and on for a week. I know I am a puzzel case, this is not the first time I have been just that. I loved the heat and massage and I figured how to put it on again when the time ran out. My pain came back on Sat eve. I forgot to tell you thaT i TOOK AN ANTIBIOTIC EARLY THE DAY i CAME TO SEE YOU. My 3 year old son had his first appointment and had a great time. They made it very special for him & explained everything to him as they did it. He had a wonderful experience.
