I used to be the original terrified-of-dentists and anything related to dental care scaredy-cat! My treatment was fine and I really liked it however, I only switched dentist because my other one didn’t cover my insurance. When I explained the situation to the office manager and specifically asked if they were within network she said yes. After getting treatment, I then received a bill for an additional $500. When I called back and spoke to the office manager and the dentist they did not seem to phase them. I don’t have an extra $500 laying around and hoped they would have handled the situation different. I never thought I would say this about a Dentist office. I went in for filling, molds made for my mouth, panoramic x-ray, and cleaning of my teeth. I had NO PAIN!! They did not numb me or use a drill, it is a laser. It makes a small bumping noise and I only felt the water and air as he worked on my tooth. Instead of silver fillings, they now use a white resin. Of course everyone was very friendly, kind, and we even had some good laughs. I love this place!!!

I haven't been to a Dentist office in years (bad experiences) As soon as I walk in I am greeted by two lovely ladies at the desk. They explained everything, had me sign in (I had filled out my forms online ahead of time, which I loved doing at home instead of the Dr.'s office.) Then Ariana, took me on the tour of the whole office, very gentle and smiled a lot. Took X-rays and pictures of my teeth, explained as she went a long. Found the office and staff very warm and welcoming. They showed me around the office and introduced themselves as well as Dr. Halek. They explained the recommended treatment fully and what was most important to me going forward without feeling pressured. It seemed my care was most important. Refreshing!!
