I was there yesterday... much cleaner, great staff; however so packed there was no where to sit around the indoor pool. The pool desk was wet and several people slipped. The peppermill has a great spa and a great staff but they overbook on the weekends.
Elva was a wonderful stylist. I haven't has anything major done to my hair since my double mastectomy 3 years ago. Elva was caring and looked at the pictures of the styles and color I thought might work for my fine/thin hair. She worked with my hair in the way it lays, etc and the finished product was amazing. We come here to The Peppermill every 2 to 3 months. I will keep Elva as my stylist for years to come.
I'm used to Korean spa where nudity is mandatory and this spa is pretty disappointing. The spa itself is beautiful with infused water and snacks on all 3 floors, but it was too crowded for the size and no room to lounge around. I spent most of the time in the steam room, which is what I like but also because all seatings/chairs were taken in all 3 floors. Plus, $60 day pass is really too pricy for the amenities that were offered. Also, I was being stared at like a pink elephant in the ladies room because I wasn't in bikinis ... read more

I had a 50 minute classic facial with Andrea! She's absolutely incredible, so knowledgeable, and just an amazing esthetician! I can't wait to go back next year when I visit Reno! She MADE my experience so special!!!!!!
Love this Spa. Had a great experiance. Only come here for detox, relaxation, message and hydration. The techs here are all professionals welcoming to what you need done. Be back soon.
I come here as often as possible! Being an RTC bus driver I need to get a nice relaxing spa day at least once a month! I love everything about the spa and when I need to get out of downtown because of a noisy pub crawl (I'm a downtown Reno resident) I book a room in the Tuscany Tower, the Santa crawl is my annual visit to The Peppermil, it's also my birthday weekend. Toscano Spa is spectacular!!!!
We had a great time the services we had we both enjoyed. The Pool and spa were enjoyable. We will be back soon to do it again.
