I had a very relaxing time. An my very first deep tissue massage, it was invigorating💕My misouse's name was Brandon. 10 out of 10 would recommend him. Facility is a little tight on space but over all good experience.
I love this place! I have my regular go-to masseuses, but when they're not available I know I'll always get another quality masseuse here. The dressing room and shower facilities are the best, and you can't beat the private pool experience.
Everyone was amazing. The service was excellent and if you can ask for Julie Ensey she was exceptional. Thank you guys for a pretty great Friday. Especially from a locals point of view.... Will be making this the new ritual.
Overall, I would probably go back to this spa. It is smaller than other resorts spas I've been to but I haven't been to many. My friends and I typically get day passes but, on a side tip, they do not sell day passes on the weekends. The day pass is complimentary with a service so we booked for facials. The treatments were amazing (I had a facial and massage), but the lounge and pool were far too crowded! I ended up sitting in the locker room area for a while because there weren't any chairs on any of the floors. Perhaps there should be a limit on the number of appointments or day passes you give out each day? Or expand and add more seating? I'm not sure what the solution, but it's not very relaxing when you're sitting on the floor or the pool deck because there's no seating.
Spa day with my girl friends! Had a blissful sacred stone massage and a great facial. The staff were helpful but it was so crowded! There was no where to sit and we kept having to borrow pool chairs. The quiet waiting room was full and my friend had to stand until several people were called for their treatments. Overall it was a good experience but maybe they should book less at a time or stagger appointments a little more. The mimosas rocked though!
